Return Policy 

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges at this time.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked at "ARRIVED" for a full refund or exchange to be considered. 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
